Sinar Mas Multiartha purchased 5.9 billion Bank Sinarmas shares

More than 5.91 billion shares of PT Bank Sinarmas Tbk (BSIM) were added to the investor's portfolio of PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk on Thursday, November 21. Prior to the recent acquisition through PT Sinarmas Sekuritas, this investor had almost 30% of BSIM's shares; nevertheless, the investor now owns nearly 60% of the company, making them the controlling shareholder. Besides that, PT Sinar Mas Cakrawala purchased an extra 3.67 million shares of PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (SMMA).
