Foreign transactions on Tuesday, December 17, recorded a foreign sell volume of 5.10 billion shares, while the foreign buy volume was only around 4.11 billion shares.

On Monday, August 12, foreign investors purchased 1.42 billion shares of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), for a net volume of 79.06 million shares. Through this transaction, foreign purchase volume jumped to 3 billion shares. Meanwhile, foreign sales volume totaled 2.56 billion shares, resulting in a net foreign volume surplus of 441.21 million shares.

On Wednesday, May 29, up to 25 million shares of the automotive company PT Indomobil Sukses Internasional Tbk (IMAS) traded hands. PT Sejahtera Raya Perkasa, which owns 10.1% of IMAS, transferred the shares to PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk, which now also owns approximately 10.14% of the shares. Aside from that, PT Metro Pacific Tollways Indonesia acquired nearly 80 million shares of PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk (META), a construction contractor, increasing the controlling share percentage from 95.92% to 95.97%.
