PT Miki Ojisan Indomitra, the company that controls PT Kurniamitra Duta Sentosa Tbk (KMDS), released 440 million shares to PT Dima Investindo, a new investor, on Thursday, September 26. Miki Ojisan used to own 76.19% of the shares in this issuer in the food and beverage industry, but after these shares were released, his ownership fell to 21.19%.
