This controller raised its position from 49.5% to 58.09% through the transaction through PT BCA Sekuritas. Lucy in the Sky is a rooftop bar located in Jakarta's Sudirman Central Business District (SCBD) that is owned and operated by LUCY, a food and beverage company.

Ferry Teja, an individual investor, acquired a 5.9% stake in PT Fimperkasa Utama Tbk (FIMP), a general construction company, on Monday, October 14. He acquired 23.59 million FIMP shares through PT Trust Sekuritas and PT Mirae Asset Sekuritas Indonesia, resulting in this ownership. Herry Wibowo also increased his FIMP share collection by 13,000, bringing his total share to 5.13%.

On Monday, August 19, the renewable energy company PT Maharaksa Biru Energi Tbk (OASA) purchased approximately 317.36 million of its own shares. After PT Danatama Makmur Sekuritas completed this transaction, the issuer now owns 5% of the shares. In the meantime, OASA's controller, Gafur Sulistyo Umar, recorded a decrease in shares from 55.58% to 50.58% because he sold the same number of shares through the same securities company.

On Thursday, March 21, Paradiso Resources Ltd. added approximately 16.5 million more shares of PT Bakrie Sumatra Plantations Tbk (UNSP) after purchasing nearly 17 million shares on the previous trading day. PT Samuel Sekuritas Indonesia was the facilitator behind the transaction, which increased Paradiso's ownership stake in UNSP from 6.07% to 6.73%. Additionally, PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk (SMCB), a company in the building materials industry, received 232,700 shares of new investment from foreign investor Taiheiyo Cement Corporation, and PT Maskapai Reinsurance Indonesia Tbk (MREI), a reinsurance company, had 20,000 shares purchased by Bank of Singapore Limited.
