On Thursday, April 25, PT Cardig Aero Services Tbk (CASS) welcomed PT Roket Cipta Sentosa as a new investor and controlling shareholder. Without hesitation, this investor purchased 1.06 billion shares of the holding company that supports airport service, acquiring 51% ownership. This transaction was handled by PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk. In contrast, another CASS investor, SATS Ltd., S/A Cemerlang Pte. Ltd., reduced its ownership. This investor sold approximately 205.63 million shares, reducing its stake to around 10.15%.

On Wednesday, April 24, investor PT Metro Pacific Tollways Indonesia purchased a substantial number of shares in PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk (META). PT BCA Sekuritas facilitated the acquisition of approximately 3.69 billion shares of this construction contractor company by this controlling shareholder, resulting in a significant increase in share ownership from 74.65% to 95.52%.

On Tuesday, January 30, PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk (MEDC) made a fresh investment in PT Amman Mineral Internasional Tbk (AMMN). MEDC then purchased 15.16 billion shares of AMMN, gaining 20.92% ownership of the gold and copper mining corporation. Aside from that, Six Sis Ltd. invested 434.51 million new shares in PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID), a coal mining contractor services company with a final ownership percentage of 5.04%.
