MNC Digital claims 9% of Multivision Plus (RAAM) shares

On Monday, September 23, PT Tripar Multivision Plus Tbk (RAAM) welcomed PT MNC Digital Entertainment Tbk as a new investor. MNC Digital, which holds a direct 9.09% stake in this production company, was able to acquire up to 619.42 million shares through a private placement. However, because of this corporate action, the controller of RAAM, Ram Jethmal Punjabi, actually recorded a decrease in the portion of shares, from 77.33% to 70.3%. More than 4.78 billion shares are listed as being owned by him personally.

On Friday, September 20, PT Majukarya Mandiri Indonesia once again released its shares in the oil and gas tanker company PT Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk (BULL). This investor previously held 5.66% of the shares, but the latest sale of 83.58 million shares has reduced its share portion to 5.07%. Along with three other securities, Majukarya Mandiri sold the shares to PT Dwidana Sakti Sekuritas.

On Wednesday, September 18, PT Barito Pacific Tbk, the company that owns nearly 20% of the shares of PT Chandra Asri Pacific Tbk (TPIA), released 8 billion shares of this petrochemical processing and manufacturing company. Barito Pacific's share portion fell by nearly half to 10.62% as soon as shares were sold through PT Harita Kencana Sekuritas.
