On Tuesday, October 22, PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) had up to 4.75 billion shares purchased, for a net volume of 1.54 billion shares. This transaction contributed to an increase in foreign buying volume, which reached 7.41 billion shares, and a net foreign surplus of 1.63 billion shares. The foreign sales volume then totaled 5.78 billion shares.

RMK Investama acquires 900 million RMK Energy (RMKE) shares

PT RMK Investama made the decision to bolster its stake in coal logistics service provider PT RMK Energy Tbk (RMKE) on Tuesday, September 24. This investor previously owned about 25.14 percent of the shares; however, after adding 900 million shares through PT Ciptadana Sekuritas Asia, this investor now owns 45.71 percent of the shares and is the controlling shareholder. Additionally, the parent company, PT MNC Asia Holding Tbk, has acquired another 260 million shares of its subsidiary, PT MNC Land Tbk (KPIG), which develops and manages resorts and hotels, increasing its ownership to 9.68%.

The difference between the two brought net foreign volume to 967.51 million shares. PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk (BIPI) shares returned to first place on the top buy list, unchanged from the previous day, with 385.98 million shares purchased and a net volume of 370.97 million shares.

After collecting 1.7 billion shares of PT Nusantara Sawit Sejahtera Tbk (NSSS) on the previous trading day, PT Samuel Tumbuh Bersama increased its stake in this palm oil producer by 1.1 billion shares. On Thursday, May 16, the shareholding of this investor's shares increased from 7.19% to 11.81%. On the other hand, PT Mitra Agro Dharma Unggul, the owner of 37% of NSSS, reduced its shareholding by 1.1 billion shares, leaving it with approximately 32.54%.
