PT Bank Mayapada Internasional Tbk (MAYA) holds a right offering from January 15 to January 19, 2024, with a projected fundraise of 4 trillion Rupiah. Two MAYA foreign investors decided not to participate in this corporate action, so their ownership decreased on Thursday, January 18. The stakes of JPMCB NA RE-Cathay Life Insurance Co., Ltd., based in Taiwan, dropped from 18.85% to 12.46%. This was followed by Galasco Investment Limited, whose shares fell from 12.44% to 8.22%.
