On Wednesday, January 17, Boy Thohir, CEO of Adaro Group, sold 2.3 billion shares of PT Merdeka Battery Materials Tbk (MBMA), reducing his stake from 8.46% to 6.33%. Boy sold the shares of the nickel mining company for electric vehicle batteries via PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia.
