JAWA secured loan worth IDR 1.25 trillion

PT Jaya Agra Wattie Tbk (JAWA), a processed tobacco manufacturer, has secured a loan worth IDR 1.25 trillion from its shareholder, PT Sarana Agro Investama (SAI).

PT Surya Esa Perkasa Tbk (ESSA), which operates a private LPG refinery and ammonia factory, welcomed Jonathan Chang as a new investor on Monday, April 1. PT BNC Sekuritas Indonesia facilitated this purchase of 1.13 billion ESSA shares, giving Chang approximately 6.6% ownership. Aside from that, a new investor also entered PT Sumber Energi Andalan Tbk (ITMA), a company that provides consulting services in the mining and energy sectors, namely PT Bersama Jaya Solusi. This investor purchased approximately 50.73 million ITMA shares through two securities companies, accounting for approximately 5.08% of the ownership.
