UOB Kay Hian owns 96% of Centratama Telekomunikasi (CENT) after purchasing 18 billion shares

On Wednesday, September 25, PT Centratama Telekomuniks Indonesia Tbk (CENT) saw the purchase of 18.04 billion shares by foreign investor UOB Kay Hian Private Limited. This Singaporean investor's shareholding jumped from 38.3% to 96.17% as a result of the transaction through PT UOB Kay Hian Sekuritas, making them the current controlling shareholder. The CENT stock is actively involved in the development of telecommunications infrastructure.
