MNC Digital claims 9% of Multivision Plus (RAAM) shares

On Monday, September 23, PT Tripar Multivision Plus Tbk (RAAM) welcomed PT MNC Digital Entertainment Tbk as a new investor. MNC Digital, which holds a direct 9.09% stake in this production company, was able to acquire up to 619.42 million shares through a private placement. However, because of this corporate action, the controller of RAAM, Ram Jethmal Punjabi, actually recorded a decrease in the portion of shares, from 77.33% to 70.3%. More than 4.78 billion shares are listed as being owned by him personally.

Fitradityo Harjuno, an individual investor, purchased 161.53 million shares of PT Nusatama Berkah Tbk (NTBK), the company that manufactures and fabricates special vehicles, on Tuesday, July 30. Through PT Sucor Sekuritas, he completed the transaction, controlling 5.98% of the shares, or nearly 6% of the total. Ikra Zama Dinnata, another NTBK investor, on the other hand, actually released 64 million shares, reducing the share percentage from 9.56% to 7.19%.

At PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk (VKTR), a company that manufactures electric vehicles, there was a significant share transfer on Thursday, July 11. Through PT Ciptadana Sekuritas Asia, a new investor named PT Mandala Raya Yuwana was observed claiming ownership of 2.31 billion shares, meaning that it directly owns a share portion of 5.29%. In the meantime, 975 million shares were released by PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk, the controller of VKTR, reducing ownership from 45.55% to 43.32%. PT BNC Sekuritas Indonesia was in charge of overseeing this particular transaction. Additionally, PT Arthakencana Rayatama bought more shares by acquiring 30.99 million of PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (AKRA).

After previously acquiring 44% of the shares in the pharmaceutical company PT Pyridam Farma Tbk (PYFA), the acquisition of Rejuve Global Investment Pte Ltd. continued. On Friday, April 26, this foreign investor added 4.71 billion PYFA shares, increasing its stake from 44.04% to 78.79%. On the other hand, PT Aldiracita Sekuritas Indonesia sold 332.64 million PYFA shares, reducing its ownership from 8.01% to 5.98%.
