The most purchased shares still belonged to the digital company PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), which were purchased for 821.82 million shares with a net volume of 547.66 million shares.

PT MNC Sekuritas assisted this parent issuer to conduct the transaction, in which MNC Asia currently owns about 36.38% of BMTR. On Friday, March 15, 2 billion shares of the energy and industrial issuer PT Barito Pacific Tbk (BRPT), which is owned by businessman Prajogo Pangestu, were liquidated. Two securities—PT Bahana Sekuritas and PT BNI Sekuritas—were used to register this share transaction. Prajogo used to own about 71.19% of the shares, making him the controlling shareholder; however, the most recent share sale reduced his ownership to 69.05%.

Having acquired more than 1.87 billion shares through PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, this investor now holds 70.61% of the shares of the consumer finance company. Local investor PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk also acquired 265 million MFIN shares in total, granting it immediate control over 10% of the shares.
