Prajogo Pangestu, the controlling shareholder of PT Barito Pacific Tbk (BRPT), added another 2 billion shares of the company, which operates in the energy and industrial sectors, to his holdings on Monday, June 10. Prajogo previously held approximately 69.05% of the shares but now owns 71.19%. Prajogo purchased shares through two securities companies: BUT Standard Chartered Bank and PT Bahana Sekuritas.

Reliancever Holdings invest in two MNC Group issuers

After becoming a new PT MNC Kapital (BCAP) investor, Reliancever Holdings Inc. entered two other MNC Group issuers on Friday, June 7. First, this foreign investor bought 9.16 billion shares of the issuer, which operates in the office space rental sector, PT MNC Land Tbk (KPIG), which accounted for around 9.39% of the shares. Furthermore, approximately 5.79 billion shares of PT MNC Asia Holding Tbk (BHIT), a holding company in the investment sector, were purchased, resulting in 6.74% ownership. Even so, Reliance decided to sell approximately 96.19 million shares of financial services company BACP this time. All transactions were conducted through PT MNC Sekuritas.

Previously, Hillcon Equity controlled approximately 33.04% of the shares; however, this investor added 851.38 million shares, increasing its share portion to 61.92%. The investor carried out this transaction using three different securities: PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk, BUT Deutsche Bank AG, and PT CGS International Sekuritas Indonesia.

Foreign investor CGS-CIMB Securities (Singapore) Pte Ltd sold 230 million shares of PT Indonesian Paradise Property Tbk (INPP) on Monday, April 29. Through this transaction, which was led by PT CGS International Sekuritas Indonesia, the investor's share portion fell from 10.49% to 8.43%. Indonesian Paradise itself is an issuer that provides accommodation services. Aside from that, PT Aladin Global Ventures released approximately 18.62 million shares of the banking company PT Bank Aladin Syariah Tbk.

On Wednesday, April 17, PT Zed Utama Persada acquired 255.43 million shares of the life insurance company PT Bhakti Multi Artha Tbk (BHAT). This new investor now owns 5.11% of the shares from the transactions conducted through three securities firms. Furthermore, PT Garam Ventura Indonesia, which owned 27.82% of the media and retail holding company PT Multi Garam Utama Tbk (FOLK), purchased an additional 114.85 million shares, increasing its ownership to 30.73%.
