PT Samindo Resources Tbk, the company that owns the majority of PT Transkon Jaya Tbk (TRJA), increased its hold on this car rental issuer by acquiring an additional 148.09 million shares. As a result of this deal, which was carried out by PT Mirae Asset Sekuritas Indonesia, Samindo's ownership percentage rose from 74% to 83.81%. Additionally, PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk (RALS), the issuer that runs supermarkets and department stores, commenced another share buyback, this time for 3.70 million shares.
