Woori Bank invests another 6.11 billion shares in Bank Woori Saudara (SDRA)

On Tuesday, April 30, the controller of PT Bank Woori Saudara Indonesia 1906 Tbk (SDRA), Woori Bank of South Korea, strengthened its control by investing an additional 6.11 billion shares. This transaction, which involved PT Kiwoom Sekuritas Indonesia, increased Woori Bank's shareholding from 84.2% to 90.78%. Two of the investors in PT Metropolitan Land Tbk (MTLA), a development company, also traded some of its shares. PT Yulie Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk released 48.89 million MTLA shares, which individual investor, Magnus Jaya, quickly took over.
