Foreign net volume remained consistent in the green zone on Wednesday, October 16, closing at 70.86 million shares, as it had in previous days. The foreign buying volume was 4.61 billion shares, while the foreign selling volume was 4.54 billion shares. The shares with the highest sales were owned by the digital company PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), which were sold for up to 2.15 billion shares with a net volume of -597.40 million shares.

On Tuesday, June 4, market hints began with PT Megapratama Karya Persada purchasing 1.35 billion shares of health service provider PT Siloam International Hospitals Tbk (SILO). Following the completion of the transaction facilitated by PT Ciptadana Sekuritas Asia, this new investor received an immediate share ownership of 10.4%. On the other hand, the controller of PT Hotel Candi Baru made a large-scale share reduction by selling 7.84 billion shares of the herbal medicine and pharmaceutical company PT Industri Jamu Dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk (SIDO). This investor previously owned 68.14% but now only owns approximately 42%.

Net foreign volume remained negative until Friday, April 26, totaling -197.93 million shares. This was driven by fewer share-buy transactions, which resulted in a total foreign buy volume of 2.92 billion shares. Foreign sell volume, on the other hand, was estimated to be 3.12 billion shares. The most shares sold belonged to the banking company PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI), namely 554.68 million shares, with a net volume of -412.37 million shares.
