On Thursday, December 29, just two days before the end of 2022, PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (or SIG) became a new shareholder and controller at PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk (SMCB). SIG purchased up to 7,533,148,888 shares, immediately acquiring 83.52% ownership of this cement manufacturer.
