Bank Panin's subsidiary of a securities company, PT Panin Sekuritas Tbk, recently acquired 5.18% of shares in PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk (ENRG), after purchasing 1.28 billion shares on Monday, May 27. On the other hand, PT Shima Global Kapital, which owns 23.42% of ENRG, sold approximately 450.72 million shares, reducing its stake to 21.6%.

On Tuesday, May 21, PT Semarop Agung sold approximately 300 million shares of property developer PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (SMRA). Semarop Agung's share ownership decreased from 20.97% to 19.15% as a result of the sale.
