Sekar Laut (SKLT) welcomes four new investors, each with a 6.54% stake

PT Sekar Laut Tbk (SKLT), a food and beverage manufacturer best known for its Finna brand, welcomed four new investors on Thursday, October 10. The four investors purchased 451.82 million SKLT shares, or 6.54% of the total, through PT Henan Putihrai Sekuritas. The four investors are PT Sentra Dinamika Persada, PT Eswhuang, PT Visi Inti Pelangi, and PT Aneka Agro Food. In the meantime, Sekar Laut released 17,500 of its own shares via PT BNI Sekuritas, giving it a 9.83% final ownership position.

On Tuesday, October 8, individual shareholder Iwa Sukresno Karunia increased his ownership stake in PT Arkadia Digital Media Tbk (DIGI) by acquiring 17.40 million shares. His share portion has increased to 27.05% from the more than 25% he previously held in the issuer, which oversees multiple digital media platforms and content creation. Suwantara Gotama, another investor, invested 97,000 shares in PT Mitrabahtera Segara Sejati Tbk (MBSS), a coal-focused shipping company.

On Monday, October 7, PT Jaya Trishindo Tbk (HELI), popularly known as Jati Group, welcomed PT Avia Nusantara Khatulistiwa as a new investor. Without hesitation, this investor acquired 228.81 million shares, giving them control over approximately 27.47% of HELI's outstanding shares. Meanwhile, HELI's controller, PT Startel Communication, saw a drop in shares from 47.82% to 23.05% concurrently with the release of 206.30 million shares of the issuer involved in commercial aviation. The two investors completed their transactions with the help of PT UOB Kay Hian Sekuritas.
