PT Mitra Tirta Buwana welcomed PT Makna Prakarsa Utama as a new controller and investor at the beginning of November. The investor bought nearly 730 million shares of the company that makes bottled water under the Hexsoul brand on Friday, November 1. Without hesitation, the new investor gained control of 73.21% of the company right away through the transaction through PT KB Valbury Sekuritas.
