Individual investors traded the shares of PT Radiant Utama Interinsco Tbk (RUIS), an issuer that provides services to the oil and gas industry, on Friday, January 6. Charlianto became a new RUIS investor by purchasing 43.82 million shares, giving him 5.69% ownership. Haiyanto, on the other hand, sold as many as 30.67 million RUIS shares, reducing his ownership by 4% to 23.55%.

Promenade Link Limited recently acquired 41,812,360 shares of logistics and fuel distribution issuer PT Indah Prakasa Sentosa Tbk (INPS) on Wednesday, January 4. With 6.43% ownership, the British Virgin Islands-based company immediately became a new INPS investor. However, one of INPS' existing shareholders, PT Cronus Asia Kapital, sold 33.70 million shares, reducing its ownership from 10.37% to 5.19%.

MNC Group's subsidiary, PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk, increased its stake in PT Bank MNC Internasional Tbk (BABP) by purchasing 1,538,000,000 shares on Tuesday, January 3. This acquisition strengthens MNC Kapital's position as the controlling shareholder of its own business unit, increasing ownership from 46.92% to 51.47%.

On the first trading day, Monday, January 2, PT Batavia Properindo Internasional Tbk strengthened its position as the controlling shareholder of PT Malacca Trust Wuwungan Insurance Tbk (MTWI). Batavia Prosperindo purchased 1,160,627,882 shares of MTWI, boosting its ownership percentage from 46.21% to 88.71%.
