PT Intra Golflink Resorts Tbk (GOLF), management consultancy and golf course management owned by Hutomo Mandala Putra or Tommy Soeharto, will issue 3.1 billion shares in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) through initial public offering (IPO).
