Paying back creditors, JAST’s controller to transfer 20.7% shares

The controlling shareholder of PT Jasnita Telekomindo Tbk (JAST), PT Persada Inti Sejahtera (PIS), has officially transferred its portion as a means to fulfil its obligations to creditors.
