On Monday, August 26, as many as 1.02 billion shares of PT Sampoerna Agro Tbk (SGRO) were added by foreign investor Twinwood Family Holdings SFO Limited to its portfolio. After the most recent deal, which was directed by PT Bank HSBC Indonesia, the investor from the United Arab Emirates, who had previously owned about 13.29% of the shares, saw its share portion soar to 69.68%.
