The transaction, facilitated by PT OCBC Sekuritas Indonesia, gave the Singaporean investor immediate control of 27.49%. Another foreign investor, Rejuve Global Investment Pte Ltd, then increased its stake in pharmaceutical company PT Pyridam Farma Tbk (PYFA) by nearly 50 million shares.

Previously, Hillcon Equity controlled approximately 33.04% of the shares; however, this investor added 851.38 million shares, increasing its share portion to 61.92%. The investor carried out this transaction using three different securities: PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk, BUT Deutsche Bank AG, and PT CGS International Sekuritas Indonesia.
