On Friday, February 16, share buying and selling transactions done by foreign investors almost reached 3 billion shares each, with a foreign buy volume of 2.94 billion shares and a foreign sell volume of 2.92 million shares sold. As a result, net foreign volume stood at 26.47 million shares in surplus. The shares with the highest net volume belonged to the domestic and foreign shipping business PT Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk (BULL), which had around 149.29 million shares after 156.87 million shares were purchased. Meanwhile, shares of the digital company PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) remain the most heavily traded, with 1.04 billion shares sold and a net volume of -408.37 million shares.

Around 16.2 billion GOTO shares were sold by Chinese e-commerce platform Taobao China Holding Limited, which retained a 7.37% ownership stake. After that, SVF GT Subco (Singapore) Pte Ltd. sold 2.91 million shares, and GOTO Peopleverse Fund released 34.22 million GOTO shares.

A share purchase transaction was carried out on Tuesday, February 6, transferring 520 million shares of PT Hassana Boga Sejahtera Tbk (NAYZ), the company that makes baby food, to PT Asia Intrainvesta. With this deal, Asia Intrainvesta's holdings of NAYZ shares, which it had previously held in excess of 720 million, increased by approximately 20% to 48.63%. A different shareholder, PT Hassana Investa Utama, relinquished control of these shares, and as a result, its ownership percentage dropped to 7.84%. The two investors went through PT Indo Capital Sekuritas, a securities company, for these transactions.
