On Friday, February 3, PT Bank Woori Saudara Indonesia 1906 Tbk (SDRA), aka Bank Woori Saudara, welcomed a new investor, PT Apramesis Meta Investama. This new investor purchased 581,052,024 shares, giving it an immediate 6.78% stake in the bank, which is also a subsidiary of Woori Bank Korea.

PT KB Valbury Securities, with 18,000,000 shares, and DBS Vickers Securities (Singapore) Pte Ltd, with 2,247,338 shares, were the other two shareholders who immediately took over the shares.
