FREN to pay off loans to Niven Holdings of IDR 5.48 trillion

PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk (FREN) will allocate 64% of the proceeds of its rights issue of 171.45 billion shares to pay off loans and interest to Niven Holdings Limited (NHL), non-affiliated creditor.
