PT Kencana Energi Lestari Tbk (KEEN) has signed a Power Sale and Purchase Agreement (PSPA) with PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero), or PLN, in relation to their plan to build and manage the operation of PLTM Salu Noling.
