PT Waskita Toll Road (WTR), a subsidiary of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk (WSKT) that is engaged in the toll road business, has channelled a loan facility worth IDR 4.12 billion for PT Tol Teluk Balikpapan (TTB).
