Through PT Mirae Asset Sekuritas Indonesia, PT Kharisma Andalas Putra purchased 255.65 million shares of real estate developer PT Perdana Gapura Prima Tbk (GPRA) on Thursday, August 29. With a 5.98% share portion, the purchase instantly made this investor the newest major shareholder in GPRA. However, GPRA's controller, PT Abadimukti Gunalestari, actually decreased the number of shares it owned by 48.78 million, making its share portion only 68.78%.

Conglomerate and controller of PT Bayan Resources Tbk (BYAN), Low Tuck Kwong, gave his daughter Elaine Low control over 7.33 billion BYAN shares on Wednesday, August 28. Elaine now owns 22% of the shares in the coal mining and contractor company, while Low Tuck Kwong's share portion decreased from 62.15% to just 40.15%. Securities firm BUT Butsche Bank AG facilitated the transaction between the two.

Share purchase transactions by foreign investors on Friday, August 30, experienced a significant spike, with net foreign volume reaching 6.43 billion shares. Meanwhile, foreign sales volume was 5.07 billion shares, resulting in a net foreign volume surplus of 1.35 billion shares. The acquisition of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) shares contributed to the growth in foreign net volume, as foreign investors purchased 2.84 million shares of this digital company, resulting in a net volume of 1.19 billion shares.

As a result, the net foreign volume totaled 129.84 million shares. The first place on the top buy list was the purchase of 224.89 million shares of PT Panin Financial Tbk (PNLF), a business and management consulting services provider, for a net volume of 168.47 million shares.
