A major issuer has once again welcomed PT Majukarya Mandiri Indonesia as a new investor. This investor bought 722.34 million shares of PT Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk (BULL), a shipping company that handles both domestic and international shipping, on Tuesday, July 23. Through the transaction, which involved five other securities and PT KB Valbury Sekuritas, Majukarya Mandiri gained immediate control over 5.12% of BULL. Concurrently, PT Fersindo Nusa Jaya, which had previously held 6% of BULL, was observed selling 106.50 million shares, resulting in a decrease in its share percentage to 5.25%.

PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) shares were the most sold on Friday, July 26, with foreign investors selling 504.12 million shares and creating a net volume of -346.47 million shares. Moreover, the foreign selling volume was 1.88 billion shares, while the foreign buying volume was 1.56 billion shares. As a result, net foreign volume ended at -323.28 million shares.

On Thursday, July 25, foreign investors sold 256.60 million shares of digital company PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), for a net volume of -141.91 million shares. The share sale deal represents 15.17% of the total foreign sales volume, which was 1.69 billion shares. Meanwhile, foreign buying volume was 1.31 billion shares, with net foreign volume closing at -379.57 million shares.
