Foreign investors sold 112.66 million shares of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI), a state-owned bank, on Tuesday, July 16, for a net volume of -52.01 million shares. This share sales contributed to the foreign sales volume of 1.43 billion shares. Foreign investors also purchased shares, totaling approximately 1.32 billion shares. As a result, foreign net volume ended at -103.27 million shares.

At PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk (VKTR), a company that manufactures electric vehicles, there was a significant share transfer on Thursday, July 11. Through PT Ciptadana Sekuritas Asia, a new investor named PT Mandala Raya Yuwana was observed claiming ownership of 2.31 billion shares, meaning that it directly owns a share portion of 5.29%. In the meantime, 975 million shares were released by PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk, the controller of VKTR, reducing ownership from 45.55% to 43.32%. PT BNC Sekuritas Indonesia was in charge of overseeing this particular transaction. Additionally, PT Arthakencana Rayatama bought more shares by acquiring 30.99 million of PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (AKRA).
Foreign selling volume drops, net foreign volume closed at 229.57 million shares

Foreign sales volume on Monday, July 15, dropped from the previous day to 1.35 billion shares. Meanwhile, the foreign buying volume was 1.58 billion shares, with the net foreign volume closing at 229.57 million shares. Foreign investors purchased the most shares in the digital company PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), totaling 300.58 million shares and generating a net volume of 300.06 million shares.
