Foreign buy recorded larger, net foreign volume surplus at 478.21 million shares

On Tuesday, October 1, foreign investors were seen purchasing shares, resulting in a foreign buying volume of 3.39 billion shares. Share sales were also carried out, with a foreign sales volume of 2.91 billion shares. As a result, net foreign volume hit a surplus at 478.21 million shares. The share purchase list then began with the purchase of around 951.53 million shares of coal mining company PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI), for a net volume of 300.18 million shares. Shares of BUMI's subsidiary, PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk (BRMS), which works in the mineral mining sector, were also purchased for 230.80 million shares with a net volume of 48.96 million shares.
