Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison, also known as PT Indosat Tbk (ISAT), is a telecommunications company that recently held a stock split with a ratio of 1:4, quadrupling the number of shares in circulation. Consequently, on Wednesday, October 16, ISAT investors also noted changes in the quantity of shares they owned. Ooredoo Hutchison Asia Pte. Ltd., the ISAT controller and the owner of 65.64% of the shares announced that the number of shares had increased from 5.29 billion to 21.17 billion.
