It obtained business licenses; as a broker-dealer in March 2000, as an Investment Manager in December 2002, and as an Underwriter in September 2005. The company’s name changed to PT Panca Global Securities Tbk in 2004, then went IPO in June 2005. It changed to its current name in 2018 and also changed its main business activity to engage mainly in holding company activities.
