PT PP Properti Tbk (PPRO) is a subsidiary of PT PP (Persero) Tbk. It was founded in 1991 as a non-construction business unit of PT PP. It became a separate business entity in 2014. The company develops residential areas, malls and edutainment, and hotels. Some notable projects are Grand Kamala Lagoon, Grand Sungkono Lagoon, Kidzania Surabaya, The Ayoma, and Palm Park Hotel & Convention Surabaya. The head office is located on Plaza PP 7th floor, Pasar Rebo, Jakarta.
