PT Saraswanti Anugerah Makmur Tbk (SAMF) was founded in Sidoarjo, East Java, in 1998. It manufactures and markets fertiliser, such as NPK briquette that is sold under different brands: Halei for sugarcanes, Puklaet for rubber, Koka for coffee plants, and Palmo for palm. Another product is NPK granules under the brands Pupindo, Fertindo, and Phonika. Not only in Java, but the company also increases its capacity and builds new production units in North Sumatra and Central Kalimantan to shorten distribution lines. It sells 400.000 tonnes of products per year or 5% of the national consumption of NPK fertilisers. The main office is in Surabaya, but it also manages a branch office in Jakarta and several marketing branches in other regions of Indonesia.
