PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company Tbk (ULTJ) engages in the food and beverage industry, especially milk and tea drink. It was established in 1958, in Bandung (West Java), as a home industry that produced packaged milk. It has been a limited liability company since 1971, then went IPO in 1990. The company also produced packaged juice, known as Buavita, which was acquired by Unilever Indonesia in 2008. Its products that are well-known in Indonesia including Ultra Milk (mother brand of company), Ultra Susu Kental Manis, Ultra Mimi, Teh Kotak, Sari Asem Asli, Sari Kacang Ijo, and Keju (a collaboration between the company and Kraft Heinz). Its main product, Ultra Milk, leads the liquid milk segment over the years; while Teh Kotak leads ready-to-drink tea-in-carton segment.
