JAKARTA - PT Urban Jakarta Propertindo Tbk (URBN) plans to sell the Urban Suites on bulk sales in 2020. As its property launched, the management expects it to be able to increase revenues in 2021.

Paulus Nurwandono, President Director of PT Urban Jakarta Propertindo Tbk (URBN) stated that the Urbain Suits were one of the apartment project sales to increase revenues, such as bulk sales of Urban Sky Apartment in 2019. "However, we will prioritize the retail sales apartment," said he.

Urban Suites will start the construction in the second quarter of 2020, and the apartment project will be launched in 2021 for retail. The investment for that project was about Rp 822 billion for two towers and 1,331 units of apartment. (LK/W)
