JAKARTA - The management of PT Catur Sentosa Adiprana Tbk (CSAP) has received shareholder approval to issue rights. This decision was made at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) held last week (6/4).

Idrus Widjajakusuma, Corporate Secretary of PT Catur Sentosa Adiprana Tbk (CSAP), stated that the plan for the rights issue has been approved by shareholders. He mentioned, "Shareholders have authorized the Board of Directors to proceed with Phase II of the rights issue, which includes determining the number of shares to be issued with the approval of the Board of Commissioners."

As part of this plan, the company has increased its authorized capital from Rp 600 billion to Rp 800 billion. Widjajakusuma added, "The rights issue is scheduled to take place this year."

Furthermore, the shareholders have also granted approval to the CSAP Directors to guarantee company assets with a value exceeding 50% of the company's equity.

As of December 2022, CSAP's equity stood at IDR 2.49 trillion, representing an increase from IDR 2.26 trillion in the same period in 2021. Liabilities amounted to Rp 7.14 trillion, up from Rp 6.23 trillion. (LK/W)
