JAKARTA - PT Indonesian Paradise Property Tbk (INPP) is targeting a revenue growth of around 30% this year compared to 2023, in line with the completion of the Antasari Place Apartment project.
Surina, Director of INPP, stated that the company is optimistic about a 20%-30% increase in company revenue this year, in line with the company's revenue achievement last year, which increased by 20%.
"In Q4, we will hand over Antasari Place. So, we will record a lot of revenue. Property sales will also help boost our property revenue figures," she said in a press conference in Jakarta.
According to her, until the third quarter of 2023, the company's revenue grew by 4% compared to the same period in 2022. Three main segments significantly contributed to the company's revenue, primarily
from the hotel sector at 43%, the commercial segment at 42%, and the remaining from properties.
INPP's business includes mixed-use segments, hotels, retail, and apartments. The project currently under development is Hyatt Place Makassar. (LK/W)
