JAKARTA - PT Nusa Raya Cipta Tbk (NRCA) is targeting the construction of Patimban Access Toll Road in Subang, West Java, to be able to take place later this year.
Hadi Winarto Christanto, President Director of NRCA, mentioned that the progress of Patimban Access Toll Road has reached land acquisition phase. “This land acquisition entails communication with the government,” he said after the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders today (14/5).
According to Christanto, the toll road construction is expected to be realised according to the business plan, following intense communication with related parties.
It is known that NRCA is involved in the construction of Patimban Toll Road through its joint venture, PT Jasamarga Akses Patimban (JAP). This JV was formed with an authorised capital of IDR 100 billion, as well as issued and paid-up capital of IDR 25 billion.
JAP’s shareholders consist of PT Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk (PTPP) 6%, PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk (JSMR) 55%, NRCA 22%, PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk (ADHI) 6%, PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (WIKA) 6%, and PT Subang Sejahtera (SS) 5%. (LK/ZH)
