JAKARTA – Not only focused on subsidised housing, PT Ingria Pratama Capitalindo Tbk (GRIA) is now expanding into the middle-class housing sector. The management has also revealed various plans to enhance the quality of homes, such as integrated utilities.

“Clean water, electricity, and internet will be part of a unified system,” said H.K. Hakim Noor, President Director of GRIA, during the company’s Public Expose today (21/1).

In addition, Noor mentioned various innovative plans that will be implemented in both subsidized and middle- to upper-class housing projects. These include pest control, the provision of low-cost transportation for every 100 homes, water treatment plants, and in-house waste treatment plants.
