JAKARTA - Susanto Djaja, President Director of PT Metrodata Electronics Tbk (MTDL), revealed that one of the products in the company's distribution business line, mobile phones under the Infinix brand, managed to dominate the Indonesian market in 2024.

According to him, the total smartphone market is actually not growing too much. ‘But we are fortunate because we distribute the Infinix brand, which used to be number 5 in market share, then rose to number 3, and we received the latest news in the fourth quarter (2024) that it became number 1,’ said Susanto Djaja (centre) in “Meet The CEO”, a special interview programme by IDNFinancials.com in collaboration with Suara.com,, Wednesday (5/3).
