In connection with the significant cumulative price decrease in the shares of PT Lupromax Pelumas Indonesia Tbk (LMAX), as a cooling-down measure to protect investors, PT Bursa Efek Indonesia deems it necessary to temporarily trading suspension of PT Lupromax Pelumas Indonesia Tbk (LMAX)'s shares and Series I Warrants (LMAX-W) on March 25, 2024.

The temporary trading suspension of PT Lupromax Pelumas Indonesia Tbk (LMAX)'s shares will be implemented on both the Regular and Cash markets, while for Series I Warrants (LMAX-W) will be applicable across all markets.
