1. Approval and ratification of (i) the Company's Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2024, including the Company's activity report and the Board of Commissioners oversight report for the financial year ended 31 December 2024, and (ii) the Company's Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2024, including the Balance Sheet and Profit/Loss Statement of the Company for the financial year ended 31 December 2024, as well as granting full release and discharge to the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors of the Company for their supervisory and management actions carried out for the financial year ended 31 December 2024 (acquit et de charge);

2. Determination on the use of the Company's net profit for the financial year ending 31 December 2024;

3. Determination of salaries and benefits for Board of Directors, and salaries or honorarium and benefits for Board of Commissioners in the financial year 2025, and tantiem for Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners in the financial year 2024;
4. Appointment of Public Accountant and Public Accountant Firm to audit the Company's books for the financial year ending 31 December 2025;

5. Delegation of authority to the Board of Directors to pay interim dividends for the financial year ending 31 December 2025.

6. Persetujuan pengunduran diri: (i) Bapak Tonny Kusnadi selaku Komisaris Utama Perseroan dan (ii) Bapak Stephen Duffus Weiss selaku Wakil Direktur Utama Perseoran.
7. Approval of the appointment of Kenny Harjo as President Commissioner of the Company

Approval of capital increase with Pre-emptive Rights (HMETD) with the issuance of up to 15,000,000,000 (fifteen billion) new shares in accordance with the Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 32/POJK.04/2015 regarding Capital Increase of Public Companies with Pre-emptive Rights, as amended by OJK Regulation No. 14/POJK.04/2019 (‘PMHMETD’).
