SMKL’s dividend slipped 83.33%
JAKARTA – The dividend for the fiscal year (FY) 2023 of PT Satyamitra Kemas Lestari Tbk (SMKL) dropped 83.33% compared to FY 2022 dividend. Within four years in the stock market, debuting in 2020, the highest dividend was seen distributed in 2022 and 2021.
Based on IDNFinancials data compiled today (27/5), this issuer allocates dividend for FY 2023 of IDR 6.83 billion or 57.7% of net profit attributable to the parent entity of IDR 11.84 billion. In addition, IDR 4.10 billion or 33.85% of the remaining profit are set aside as retained earnings, while another 8.44% or IDR 1 billion are saved as general reserves.
In FY 2022, the dividend was recorded at IDR 41.01 billion or 53.21% of total net profit of IDR 77.08 billion, followed by retained earnings of IDR 35.06 billion and general reserves of IDR 1 billion.
In 2021, SMKL managed to distribute IDR 41.01 billion as cash dividend, as well, or equal to 38.58% of net profit attributable to the parent entity of IDR 106.91 billion. General reserves were at IDR 1 billion, while the remaining IDR 64.89 billion were stored as retained earnings.
In 2020, it managed to allocate dividend of IDR 27.20 billion or 67.24%o of total net profit of IDR 40.45 billion, followed by the allocation of general reserves of IDR 1 billion and retained earnings of IDR 12.25 billion. (LK/ZH)
