JAKARTA - PT Ekadharma International Tbk (EKAD) will distribute cash dividend of IDR 31.44 billion in the fiscal year 2023, relatively stable compared to the fiscal year 2022 despite its slight decrease in profit. The dividend is maintained following increased payout ratio.

Based on IDNFinancials data today (29/5), total dividend is equal to 43.70% of net profit in 2023 of IDR 71.94 billion. Retained earnings were reported at IDR 732.53 billion, followed by total equity of IDR 1.14 trillion.

The dividend will be paid on June 27 to shareholders listed on Official Register of Shareholders by June 5. The cum and ex dividend in the regular and negotiation market are scheduled on June 3 and 4, while the cum and ex dividend in the cash market is set on June 5 and 6.

In 2022, EKAD allocated dividend of IDR 31.44 billion, or 40.98% of IDR 76.72 billion. The retained earnings were at IDR 690.48 billion, and its total equity clocked up to IDR 1.11 trillion.

In 2021, EKAD set aside IDR 34.93 billion for cash dividend, or 33.46% of total net profit of IDR 104.40 billion. Retained earnings and total equity were reported at IDR 646.92 billion and IDR 1.03 trillion. (LK/ZH)
