JAKARTA – PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama (BUMA), a subsidiary of PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID), is offering Sukuk Ijarah I BUMA 2025 with a maximum principal amount of IDR 2 trillion.

The initial offering period (bookbuilding) for this debt security runs from February 24 to March 7, 2025.

BUMA will allocate the funds from the sukuk issuance to support long-term growth, with 50% dedicated to capital expenditure and 50% to working capital.

Series A sukuk is offered with a tenor of 370 days, while Series B and C are offered with tenors of 3 years and 5 years, respectively.

Profit payments on the sukuk will be made every three months, starting on June 20, 2025. The remaining profits will be paid upon maturity, on March 2026 for Series A, March 2028 for Series B, and March 2030 for Series C.

“This sukuk reflects investors’ confidence in BUMA’s financial strength and execution discipline,” said Iwan Fuad Salim, Director of DOID, in a disclosure on Monday (24/2).

This sukuk offering is supported by PT BCA Sekuritas, PT BNI Sekuritas, and PT Sucor Sekuritas as underwriters. Meanwhile, PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI) acts as the trustee. (DK/KR/ZH)
